ECO4 Grant flowchart

This is a flowchart which we hope will help you understand how ECO4 works.

If your property does not have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), don’t worry, we will have to do one for you.

ECO4+ is for those who do not receive benefits and don’t qualify under LA Flex. 

It could be similar to the Green Home Grant Scheme that existed in England a couple of years ago. Under that scheme the Government Grant covered 2/3rds of the cost.

There will be no income thresholds. It will be for a limited number of improvements – cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and heating controls (this may change). It will become live in the Autumn.
